I wanted to take a moment to express what a pleasure it was working with Nathan Chaney on the recent purchase of our first home.
Although Nathan is a personal friend of ours, had that not been the case, we truly believe that his customer service and communication would not have been any less.
As I am sure you are aware and can appreciate, buying a home has got to be one of the biggest decisions a person will ever make. In addition, this was our first home and a short sale to boot (a process we had heard nothing but horror stories about), we were very, very nervous.
Nathan took the time to show us several homes, never made us feel any pressure to buy something we were not comfortable with, answered all of our questions (big and small), reviewed and explained all the paperwork we had to sign and provided us with information on what a short sale is and constantly kept us abreast of what was happening. Additionally, we feel Nathan wrote a fantastic offer on our behalf that helped us get the most out of our purchase.
Friendship aside, based on his professionalism, we would have no problem recommending Nathan as a REALTOR® to anyone we know who was in the market for a home.
